Brethren of Dover Lodge, we will be holding a closed-door examination practice on Thursday December 10th, 2009. At 7:30pm, we will be going through the FC exam, followed at 8:30pm by the EA exam. Fellowcrafts are invited to arrive at 7:30pm, followed by Entered Apprentices at 8:30pm. Master Masons are encouraged to attend to help in the work!
This is a great opportunity to work on your exams before the holiday season, and will be a learning session as well. Please come join us!

Brethren, take notice that the Entered Apprentice Degree will be conferred at Dover Lodge on Thursday December 3rd, 2009 at 7:30pm sharp. Please be sure to come out and make this a meaningful night for this man who is about to cross the threshhold into our Gentle Craft! Officers are required in tuxedos, the Brethren are asked to wear suits or a jacket and tie for this important occasion.

Brethren of Dover Lodge, just a friendly reminder that this evening, Tuesday November 17th at 7:30pm, our Worshipful Master has called a special meeting for the purpose of conferring the 1st degree.
Why a Tuesday? Simply put, there are so many men of strong character approaching Dover Lodge that we are coming together on a much more frequent basis than typically seen over the past several years. Please join us as a man becomes a Brother and starts his Masonic journey this evening. The fellowship will be warm, and without a doubt the food will be delicious!

The wait has been long, but we are back with our 12th installment of the Dover Masonic Podcast! In this episode we delve into the fourth great hermetic principle, Polarity. In this 10th chapter of The Kybalion, we learn that opposites are not different, but rather the same and only vary in degree along a scale. This chapter serves as the basis for the remainder of this great esoteric work. Enjoy!

Brother Manly Palmer Hall is one of the most celebrated Masonic scholars in history. His monumental tome “The Secret Teachings Of All Ages” was published when he was just 27 years old in 1928. What follows is a history of this amazing Masonic scholar, with actual footage of Brother Hall delivering lectures to captivated audiences. This video was created by The Philosophical Research Society, a philosophical organization not connected with Freemasonry but founded by Brother Hall.
